Gallus' first co-investment project in Sydney comprising 4Ha of industrial land at Austral. Gallus sourced the opportunity and is the development manager for this exciting subdivision delivering small serviced lots in an under-supplied market.

Evelyn Street, Newstead

Evelyn Street, Newstead

A new $200 million project for Newstead, Gallus Partners and Gallus Partners Management have originated and are providing ongoing Development Management services for Ozcare. The project will set new benchmarks for aged care and retirement living lifestyles in Brisbane, whilst still delivering support for the needy in the spirit and charitable purpose of Ozcare.

Easts Rugby Club

Easts Rugby Club

Gallus has been appointed as development managers to assist in Easts Tigers proposed redevelopment of Bottomley Park into a modern and accessible sporting and community hub precinct. Community sporting hubs require careful planning accommodating the growing need for passive and active recreation space. Gallus excels in working in teams focused on providing opportunities for better connected communities whilst sustaining organised sporting activities.

Brothers Rugby Club

Brothers Rugby Club

Brothers Rugby Club has appointed Gallus Partners to act as development managers and financial advisors for the Crosby Park Master Plan development. A complex project with many community stakeholders and a project which delivers expansive sporting infrastructure for more than 250,000 users per year.

River & Main, Kangaroo Point

River & Main, Kangaroo Point

Gallus Partners was appointed to lead the design and planning approval process for this exciting new development in Kangaroo Point. Being a major site and in a prominent position, Gallus Partners was able to secure a significant 240 apartment, 4 building, development approval on behalf of our client within the recommended budget.
