Heathcote Grounds

Gallus Partners is excited to be managing the delivery of a beautiful new townhouse and apartment project in bushland surrounds at Heathcote in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.  An essential part of the project is the heritage restoration of the stunning Thomas Rowe designed villa known as Heathcote Hall.  The Hall is listed on the State Heritage-Register and is being sympathetically transformed into a luxury 4-bedroom house complete with pavilion extension containing a modern kitchen and living space.

The new townhouses and apartments are low set and located on the perimeter of the site, leaving the imposing heritage villa as the dominant built feature of the site. In addition, many of the established and mature trees will remain on the site as part of the approximately 1ha. of land that will be provided as public open space and heritage gardens.

Gallus has been commissioned by Pariter, a Plenary-related company, to act as the client-side project manager and superintendent for the building of what is Pariter’s first project.
